Originally from Johor, Malaysia, Coach Desmond Goh is a professional fitness trainer specialising in strength and conditioning for badminton athletes. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay, he delivers structured, clear, and effective training programs tailored to individual performance needs.
His expertise includes functional training, agility and endurance development, and sport-specific conditioning, supporting players in improving athletic performance and injury resilience. He is also experienced in structured post-injury recovery programs, providing a comprehensive approach to athlete fitness development.
Credentials:
- Holds certification from FISAF, Taiwan (Federation of International Sports, Aerobics, and Fitness), coupled with Standard First Aid including CPR and AED training.
